How Sweet It Is

We are thinking a strawberry shortcake for three layers and chocolate with coconut flavoring for the fourth...perfect for the season.  Light and Yummy!  We will also have another "dessert" table with epresso, cappuccino, and cordials to make the Italians happy.

This is where I got the idea to have three layers one way and have one layer be different.  I want the three layers to be buttercream though not foundant and the fourth to have coconut shavings.

I would love to do a Groom's Cake for Carmelo.  He LOVES fishing and thought this Stripper Cake with "The Catch of A Lifetime" was really cute and perfect for him...and would be easier then having them do a Ferrari, his other love.
